摘要: We have investigated the subpopulations of T cells necessary to mediate cure established tumors in two models successful adoptive immunotherapy. In C57BL/6 mice bearing palpable and disseminated FBL-3 lymphoma, both Lyt-1+ Lyt-2+ played a major role mediating regression permanent mice, whereas BALB/c Meth A sarcoma transfer Lyt-1+2+ curing disease. Identical experiments performed hybrid (BALB/c X C57BL/6) yielded similar results, further supporting our initial observation indicating that these model systems it is tumor not variable expression Lyt antigens by host determines which cell subpopulation required tumors.
