摘要: Sweet taste is associated with food reward and energy source in the form of carbohydrate. Excessive sweet consumption blamed for prevalence obesity. However, evidence potential to influence intake bodyweight regulation humans remains unclear. The purpose this review was examine physiological responses relevant mechanisms impact on appetite control. literature examined studies that assessed effects non-nutritive sweeteners natural sugars hormonal secretions neural activations via oral gastrointestinal pathways. findings indicated a network signalling pathways cavity gut seem mediate some metabolism differences circus orchestrating hunger-satiety cycle. Individual variations perception which modulated by genetic factors have been dietary nutrient sugar consumption.
