摘要: Aim Dysphagia, with associated malnutrition is a common feature in up to 64 % of patients cancers the head and neck region, oesophagus gastro-oesophageal junction (Donaldson Lenon Cancer 43(Suppl 5):2036–52, 1979). These usually require alternate routes feeding during treatment. However, these methods are not without complications. This study was carried out assess complications percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tube insertion, commonest means providing nutrition this patient group.
