摘要: Abstract The response surface method (RSM) was used to optimize the medium for production of inulinase by Kluyveromyces sp. Y-85. adequately approximated with a full quadratic equation obtained from four-factor-five-level central composite design. Analyses surfaces showed that in 24-h fermentation at 30°C, maximum activity 59.5 U/ml appeared extract Jerusalem artichoke , urea, beef extract, corn steep liquor concentrations 8.0%, 2.0%, 0.2% and 4.0%, respectively. We further investigated 15 l fermentor scaling-up 1000 tower fermentor. 68.9 U/ml, which highest reported present, indicating Y-85 an excellent strain industrial production.
