摘要: Apoptosis as defined by contemporary science describes a form of cell death that involves discrete genetic and molecular programs, de novo protein expression unique cellular phenotype. Evidence for the existence apoptosis in human heart has been reported various cardiac diseases, including ischemic non-ischemic failure, myocardial infarction arrhythmias. Among most potent stimuli elicit cardiomyocyte are: oxygen radicals (including NO), cytokines, (e.g., TNFα, FAS) neurohormonal factors (angiotension II), cardiotoxic drugs doxorubicin) mechanical, stretch situations. Several complex signal transduction pathways have implicated execution apoptosis. Most prominent 1) Tyrosine kinase receptors (TRK) induced signaling involving stress or mitogen activated kinases (SAPK/MARK) sphingolipids metabolites (ceramide); 2) G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) (Gαi, Gαq) 3) NFK B activation. myoctyes may contribute to progressive pump-failure, arrhythmias remodeling. The recognition diverse targets associated with provide new opportunities pharmacologic manipulation, lead discovery development therapeutic strategies treatment infarction.
