摘要: Australasian obstetric anaesthesia owes its heritage to Britain, in terms of postgraduate training models, the large number anaesthetists (myself included) who have worked United Kingdom, and lessons learned from Kingdom “Confidential Enquiries into Maternal Death”. More recently, pervasive influence American society on our culture has also lead an integration North practice trends. High standards are maintained by rigorous training, continuing education, application evidence-based medicine quality improvement principles, involvement international organisations overseas or journals. To reflect region’s contribution anaesthesia, all references will originate research based Australasia.
