摘要: Objective To clarify the role of one downstream effectors Rho (Rho-kinase) in testicular germ cell tumour (GCT) by quantifying mRNA expression for Rho-kinase patients with this disease. Materials and methods The levels RhoA genes were analysed surgical specimens GCT tissues from 57 consecutive Japanese patients, corresponding non-tumour tissue originating same patient, using polymerase chain reaction after reverse transcription. these compared between relationship their evaluated within tumours stage. difference mRNAs also assessed that seminoma only mixed nonseminoma. Results more abundant than (P < 0.01 < 0.05, respectively). High expressions related to stage (P < 0.05 < 0.01, higher There was a positive (P < 0.001). Conclusions These findings suggest RhoA/Rho-kinase pathway is involved progression GCT. This might be molecular target new treatment strategies disease.
