Chromosome instability is associated with hypodiploid clones in myelodysplastic syndromes

摘要: Chromosome study on 30 patients with a myelodysplastic or preleukemic syndrome was performed. Fourteen had an increased number of cells chromosome instability, e. g. non-clonal aberrations.
