摘要: Three white patients, two with myelofibrosis and one refractory anemia, presented a t(1;7). The clinical cytogenetic findings are discussed in the context of 45 cases already published. Rather than specific association t(1;7) particular hematologic disorder, review literature strongly suggests correlation therapeutic or environmental exposure to toxic substances. proposed mechanisms explain origin briefly reviewed.
