摘要: Resume Objectif L’objectif etait d’evaluer l’effet du jeune Ramadan et de l’exercice maximal sur le temps reaction chez des sujets entraines. Methodes Dix jeunes karatekas (âge : 18,5 ± 0,5 ans, taille : 1,76 ± 0,44 m) ont ete testes lors trois sessions : periode controle (C), a la fin premiere semaine (R-1) pendant quatrieme (R-4). A chaque session, les effectue un test progressif jusqu’a epuisement ergocycle. La consommation maximale d’oxygene ( V ˙ O 2max ) determinee l’aide d’analyseurs gaz (modele ZAN 600). frequence cardiaque (FC) perception l’effort (RPE) etaient enregistrees avant, apres maximal. glycemie (simple, SRT choix : CRT) mesures avant l’exercice. Resultats Le n’a pas d’effet CRT au repos maximal-deux jambes ergocycle nos athletes. seul effet observe (p  puissance aerobie (PMA) n’ont significativement change sessions ainsi que exercice Conclusion Malgre maintien PMA, altere cours Ramadan. Ceci suggere constitue surtout changement mode vie son serait specifique nature tâche cognitive. En outre, 9–11 minutes mene simple ou choix.
