摘要: Glycans interact with many types of proteins including enzymes, antibodies, and lectins. Protein recognition glycans represents a major way in which the information contained glycan structures is deciphered promotes biological activities. This chapter describes approaches to study kinetics thermodynamics interactions between glycan-binding (GBPs).
