摘要: The burden of allergic airway diseases still represents a major health problem in childhood. Despite many different options are currently available for the diagnostic work-up and management, overall disease control terms impact on quality life, morbidity mortality, is not yet satisfactory. extreme variability individual risk factors severity determinants may account it. On other side, knowledge multifaceted allergy background could pave way to primary prevention, early intervention course modification. In fact, most current research focusing identification biological clinical predictive markers asthma onset. This review aims at summarizing latest achievements concerning complex inter-relation between genetic predisposition environmental factors, their prevention strategies subjects. An update monitoring tools as well an insight into newest treatments also provided.
