摘要: The effect of laser surface treatment on the energy copper plate was investigated in terms microstructure analysis and theoretical computation this paper. surfaces plates were treated by Nd:YAG pulsed with different powers. microstructures analyzed optical microscopy X-ray diffraction (XRD), wetting experiment performed to evaluate variation energy. results showed that corresponding copper, changed power. experimental further explained XRD calculation, demonstrated when crystal structure layer re-oriented a preferred orientation after irradiation.
