摘要: Plasma electrolytic oxidation of zirconium in citric acid was investigated using optical spectroscopy. A rich emission spectrum consisting about 360 and 170 oxygen atomic ionic lines identified the spectral regions 313-320, 340-516, 626-640 nm. It shown that remaining features observed could be ascribed to various molecular species, which involve zirconium, oxygen, hydrogen, carbon. The temperature plasma core (T = 7500 ± 1000 K) determined measured Zr line intensities, peripheral zone 2800 500 estimated from intensity distribution within a part an OH spectrum. composition containing under assumption local thermal equilibrium, calculated range up 12 000 K for pressure 105 107 Pa, order explain appearance features.
