摘要: Apoptin is a nonstructural viral protein encoded by VP3 gene of chicken anemia virus, which could specially induce apoptosis tumor cells. However, the mechanism apoptin-induced in cells without any side effects normal has not yet been well characterized. This study aimed to investigate molecular underlying selective antitumor apoptin. HepG2 were treated with apoptin or transfected expression vector. Heat shock 70 (HSP70) was examined Western blot. The binding HSP70 promoter detected electrophoretic mobility shift assay, chromatin immunoprecipitation, and luciferase assay. results showed that inhibited dependent on level HSP70. Furthermore, promoted HSF1 trimer depolymerization HSF1-mediated transcription. In addition, competed bind heat element promoter, leading reduced Both these mechanisms contribute suppression transcription expression. Our findings provide first evidence induces cell specifically downregulating HSP70, helps explain specific
