摘要: We have investigated glycosylation of lens proteins in diabetic and non-diabetic senile cataract patients. Our study reveals that cortical proteins, but not nuclear is significantly higher patients with cataract. This finding serves to clarify the confusion over as it relates diabetes mellitus further contributes an understanding tissues a distinct posttranslational modification.
