NEPHROPATHIES CHEZ L'ADULTE INFECTE PAR LE VIH AU BURKINA FASO : ASPECTS ECHOGRAPHIQUES

摘要: Objectif : Decrire les aspects echographiques des reins d’une part et analyser la relation entre le couple debit de filtration glomerulaire-proteinurie PvVIH presentant une fonction renale alteree au Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Bobo-Dioulasso d’autre part. Materiel Methode : Etude transversale, descriptive 123 patients Noirs Africains ayant serologie VIH positive a differents stades cliniques juin 2011 aout 2012. La nephropathie ete definie par glomerulaire 1 croix. Une echographie realisee. Le test exact Fisher avec un seuil signification p=0,05 utilise pour comparaison proportions . Z Nikiema al Resultats : Notre echantillon etait compose 22 hommes 101 femmes, âges 18 70 ans (âge moyen : 41±9 ans). L’anomalie du parenchyme renal plus frequente en cas baisse (14/20) que proteinurie pathologique isolee (27/103). Aucune n’etait note taille stade clinique SIDA malades (p=0,24) presence ou non d’un traitement ARV (p=0,27) ainsi qu’entre l’aspect (p=0,5) (p=1). Conclusion : L’echographie permet approche degre l’atteinte chez PVVIH mais corroborer et/ou pathologique.
