摘要: Cystic echinococcosis (CE) due to the formation of a hydatic cyst is disease commonly seen in humans and animals that can be mortal sometimes. This disease, which present many countries around world, constitutes great problem for public health economy. The aim this study was identify Echinococcus granulosus genotypes formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues. Tissue samples from 70 human patients with histologically confirmed were analysed by direct PCR 12S rRNA gene DNA sequence analysis CO1 E. granulosus. Of samples, 29 (41.6%) could genotypically characterized. Specifically, 26 positive G1-3 gene, two identified as G1 additional sequencing. All 44 unidentified underwent sequencing, yielded one G3 G6 records, while remaining 41 gave no or inconclusive results. In conclusion, results isolates occurrence G1, Turkey indicated G1/G3 cluster (E. sensu stricto) predominant genotype.
