摘要: A clinicopathologic analysis of 108 patients originally diagnosed as malignant lymphoma, well differentiated lymphocytic type on the basis lymph node (l.n.) biopsy sections showed that in 41 neither absolute lymphocytosis nor monoclonal gammopathy was evident (Group I). serum immunoglobulin present 20 patients, 18 whom had no lympocytosis II). The remaining 47 (above 4,000/mm3) and III). Of Group I 11 bone marrow involvement at time 1.n. 35 never developed over follow-up periods ranging from 24 to 150 months. Our observations indicate lymphoma (WDL) may be a tissue manifestation chronic leukemia (CLL) but also exist distinct form non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. with II) 90% plasmacytoid lymphocytes and/or plasma cells sections. However, these were 9.7% WDL I) 7% CLL III) without demonstrable gammopathy. findings suggest although WDL, lymphoproliferative diseases are histologically similar, their clinical hematological presentations differ sufficiently justify separation into three entities. At same they could represent different hematopathologic expressions basic process, namely proliferation small usually B-cell type.
