摘要: The present invention discloses a DNA fragment that can direct the insertion of heterologous into specific site (tRNAAla gene) Mycobacterium spp. genome. This includes attachment region (attP) and integrase gene mycobacteriophage Ms6. Heterologous linked to this be carried mycobacterial genome through site-specific integration mechanism. A new process is disclosed consists in providing on suicide vector, transiently produces required for or genes Ms6 attP contained separated plasmid vector. allows construction highly stable recombinant mycobacteria which may used as vaccines and/or therapeutic vehicles.
