摘要: Gray snappers were immunized with dinitrophenylated hemocyanin and purified anti- bodies to the haptenic determinant (2,4-dinitrophenol) obtained from two serum pools by immune absorption. Examination of these antibodies revealed a single high molecular weight protein an apparent valence 5 relatively low binding constant.
