摘要: Abstract The interaction of aerosil particles with human erythrocytes was investigated by electron microscopy methods complemented hemolysis and radio wave dielectric spectroscopy to elucidate the extent morphological functional modification induced surface. Scanning freeze-fracturing techniques were used follow ultrastructural modifications tests monitor membrane damage. All experimental results indicate that there is an effect depending on both silica concentration incubation time. Our are in good agreement model based protein denaturation due electrostatic attraction between (-SiO−) groups at surface proteins embedded membrane. process time-limited reaches saturation after about 20 min. damage determined mainly ratio cell surface, is, concentration. Limited observed, especially when little per available. Conversely, strong obtained considerable. In any case, high surface/volume our experiments we considerable small weight concentrations.
