摘要: This paper focuses on the adjustment environment in United States as set out by active U.S. trade remedy laws (antidumping, countervailing duties, and safeguards) Trade Adjustment Assistance program. We document industries' use of these various relate industry policies to import competition revealed comparative advantage. also examine potential effects shifting advantage give examples outcomes.
