摘要: Abstract Gyrodactylus cichlidarum and Cichlidogyrus sclerosus, two monogenean ectoparasite species commonly found on the body surface gills of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) respectively, inflicted considerable economic losses in intensive farming. In order to explore immune response against these monogeneans, expression patterns five immune-related genes were studied after singular G. or C. sclerosus infection their coinfection. The transcription levels IL-1β up-regulated skin infection, reaching a peak at day 5 PI, (peaking 8 PI), with significant elevation only detected high-dose infection. A trend favoring increased gill TNF-α PI was statistically low-dose group. did not change significantly TGF-β had extremely expressions both high- infections, but its promoted observed cichlidarum.
