摘要: Abstract Guinea pig polymorphonuclear leucocytes reduced cytochrome c when treated with cytochalasin E. The reduction was completely inhibited by superoxide dismutase and manganese ions, which indicates that anions are generated released into the outside medium treatment. glycolytic inhibitors cyclic AMP but not GMP. pattern is similar to cyanide-insensitive respiration of during phagocytosis. Nitroblue tetrazolium also cytochalasin, only partially dismutase.
