摘要: Hybrid car bodies can be used to exploit the comparative advantages of steels and aluminum alloys for lightweighting. This development hinges on deployment effective hybrid joining technologies. welding with transition joints between 1.35-mm-thick DP1000 dual-phase steel sheets 2.5-mm-thick 6106 alloy is here investigated. The are fabricated by explosion welding, a titanium interlayer. sheet, joint sheet butt joined arc appropriate fillers. overall tensile strength about two-thirds homologous arc-welded using same it not significantly affected corrosion in still synthetic seawater.
