摘要: Many cell populations, derived from both adult tissues and embryonic stem cells, show promise for the treatment of a variety diseases. Although major effort in therapies past has been identifying potentially therapeutic it is now clear that developing systems to deliver these cells promote their efficient engraftment will provide an equally challenging task. More sophisticated pretransplantation manipulations material carriers may dramatically improve survival, engraftment, fate control transplanted ultimate clinical utility.
