摘要: Isolated porcine thyroid cells were cultured in suspension by rotation on a gyratory shaker. In the absence of TSH, associated into small, globular, and hollow aggregates or pseudofollicles had microvilli only at outer surface which faced culture medium. These inactive terms thyroglobulin synthesis iodination. presence cell enlarged to 1 mm diameter. Inside aggregates. aggregates, reorganized numerous functional follicles oriented towards follicular lumen. both Golgi apparatuses found cytoplasm near periphery bearing microvilli. findings indicate that TSH effects morphology are arrange polarity proper direction enlarge they form.
