摘要: The influence of collagen gels on the orientation polarity epithelial thyroid cells in culture was studied under four different conditions. (a) Isolated cultured surface a gel formed monolayer. apical pole contact with medium and basal membrane attached to substratum. (b) embedded inside organized within 8 into follicles. oriented towards interior follicular lumen. (c) Cells were first floating vesicles, structures which is medium, vesicles gel. After 3 d, cell inverted, being cavity encompassed by cells. Vesicles had been transformed (d) Monolayers as overlaid second layer collagen, polymerized surface. A disorganization continuous pavement occurred 24 h; upper reorganized follicles sandwich 4-8 d. similar process when monolayer grown plastic or covered small pieces glass cover slips. No reorganization observed between two surfaces. In conclusion, first, always area an adhesive and, second, interaction preformed not compatible stability this domain plasma membrane. extracellular components having properties appears be determinant factor stabilization polarity.
