摘要: This study demonstrated that growth and differentiation of rabbit conjunctival epithelial cells could be promoted by such substrata as collagen gel, matrigel or various mixtures in a defined culture system. On conventional plastic glass culture, the adopted monolayer small epithelioid primary culture. They became enlarged, squamoid exhibited notable senescence upon subcultures. formed an organized sheet with cuboid shape cell polarity. matrigel, globules stratified appearance including basal layer outer part globule central globule. These results indicate both can provide permissive substrate environment for goblet differentiation.
