摘要: We demonstrate successful, simultaneous polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of up to 300 000 discrete reactions in a novel platform, the PicoTiterPlate. In addition elevated throughput, PicoTiterPlate based amplifications (PTPCR) can be performed extremely small volumes: individual volumes are as low 39.5 pL, with total 15.3 microL volume for entire The bulk PTPCR product recovered and assayed real-time PCR, or products driven solid supports, enabling downstream applications such translation/transcription sequencing.
