摘要: Rabbits received ibotenic acid lesions of the mediodorsal nucleus thalamus (MD), or sham lesions. These animals were compared on acquisition and reversal a Pavlovian conditioned discrimination task in which tones stimuli paraorbital electric shock was unconditioned stimulus. Eyeblink heart rate responses assessed. Lesions MD impaired reversal, but not original acquisition, eyeblink discrimination. Heart somewhat during both reversal. There no differences between lesion control measures assessing general activity, somatomotor thresholds, responses.
