摘要: We investigated the ability of reactive oxygen species (ROS), such as hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), hydroxyl radical (OH), and hypochlorous acid (HOCl) to overcome defensive capacity cumulus cells, elucidate mechanism through which ROS differentially deteriorate oocyte quality. Metaphase II mouse oocytes with (n=1634) without cells (n=1633) were treated increasing concentration deterioration in quality was assessed by changes microtubule morphology (MT) chromosomal alignment (CH). Oocyte cell viability number indirect immunofluorescence, staining gap junction protein, trypan blue staining. The showed decreased a function concentrations compared controls. Cumulus show protection against H2O2 OH insult at lower concentrations, but this lost higher (>50 μM). At treatment dramatically influenced resulting reduction antioxidant making more susceptible oxidative damage. However, offered no significant HOCl any used. In all circumstances did not offer oocyte, both decreased. Therefore, may be caused one or following: decrease machinery loss lack scavengers for specific ROS, and/or these defenses.
