摘要: Adipocytes anatomically associated with lymph nodes (and omental milky spots) have many special properties including fatty acid composition and the control of lipolysis that equip them to interact locally lymphoid cells. Lymph node lymphocytes tissue dendritic cells acquire their acids from contiguous adipocytes. node-derived suppress in perinodal adipocytes but those permeate adipose stimulate lipolysis, especially after minor, local immune stimulation. Inflammation alters incorporated into cells, node-containing tissue, counteracting effects dietary lipids. Thus these specialised partially emancipate system fluctuations abundance Prolonged, low-level stimulation induces formation more adipocytes, adjacent inflamed node. This mechanism may contribute hypertrophy mesentery omentum chronic inflammatory diseases such as HIV-infection, smokers. Paracrine interactions between tissues are enhanced by diets rich n-6 attentuated fish oils. The latter improve function body conformation animals people. partitioning depots, some for local, paracrine other tissues, is a fundamental feature mammals.
