摘要: Penetration of somatic mammalian cells by spermatozoa occurred after simple admixture in culture. With sperm labeled vivo, autoradiography revealed incorporation DNA into nuclei recipient cells, indicating release entrance sperm. This system provides a new approach to study the molecular biology information transfer and haploid gene expression.
