摘要: Two populations of lymphocytes have been demonstrated in the rabbit by using a goat antiserum directed to thymus cells. When incubated with from peripheral blood IgG fraction this (ATG) completely suppressed lymphocyte transformation initiated phytohemagglutinin (PHA) or concanavalin A (Con A) but did not affect stimulation anti-rabbit Fab. Neither preimmune nor ATG absorbed lymph node cells was capable affecting transformation.
