The householder survey interviews investigate engagement with customised metrics presented during trial, explore wider preferences Understanding how relate different types has role play maximising guide management. Therefore evaluative findings carry implications future deployments residential Particularly, high level interest many study highlights feedback, lends support business case utilities pursue trials roll-outs. heterogeneity customer responses, carefully considered approaches advised (e.g. judicious design, potentially use tailoring and/or segmentation) facilitate greater contribution towards consumption.
