摘要: This paper examines the relationship between information feedback and residential electricity consumption, based on a household survey dataset collected in 2012 that covered 26 provinces China. The results show is strongly associated with consumption. Electricity consumption statistically lower households who obtain through interactions meter readers, receive ex ante (use prepaid metering system), explicit by directly paying readers. However, increased frequency of installation smart meters had no significant correlation usage. sensitivity analysis confirmed robustness results. We suggest policy-makers attach great importance to demand side management improve capacity meters.
