摘要: Purpose: K-ras mutations were reported to be in 40% - 60% of patients with sporadic colorectal cancers (CRCs). HER-2/neu oncogene that is important breast carcinoma was CRCs several studies. The aims our study are determine; the frequency mutation CRC and positivity HER-2/neu, relation between positivity, also clinicopathological findings expression. Methods: Total 35 colon resection specimen from without distant metastasis who operated due adenocarcinoma included study. sections examined light microscopy. Vascular perineural invasions pericolonic tumor deposits (PCTD) investigated. applied immunohistochemically. DNA sample obtained paraffin block screened for presence 20 gene-codon 12, 13, 61 by AutoGenomics Infinity Analyzer. Results: gene detected 14 (40%). 7 cases (28.57%). There not any significant correlation findings. direct PCTD vascular invasion. Conclusions: similar other expression found.
