摘要: We review the economic benefits and external costs of unconventional gas production (UCG) in United States from a policy perspective. Based on an overview state regulation Pennsylvania, that has witnessed very rapid growth over past 5 years, global experiences we present 10 key principles are proposed to reduce risks increase net rewards UCG. Application these potential UCG, especially at local level, while maximizing developments.
