摘要: Background : Hypothyroidism is associated with many biochemical abnormalities including increased serum alanine aminotransferase activity. Very few studies have been done regarding activity in hypothyroid patients and, as far we know, no such study has our populations. So, designed this population for evaluation of patients. The objective was to assess and find out relationship severity hypothyroidism. Methods It a retrospective cross sectional evaluate the hypothyroidism values were compared that age sex matched healthy euthyroid controls. Statistical analyses performed by using SPSS Windows version 12.0. Unpaired ‘t’ test any significant difference between cases controls respect Chisquare sex. Pearson correlation coefficient see Results Mean found significantly higher Conclusion suggest Therefore, presenting ALT normal liver function tests are recommended be investigated explore Chattagram Maa-O-Shishu Hospital Medical College Journal Volume 12, Issue 3, September 2013: 49-51
