摘要: Picea omorika plants were regenerated from embryo and seedling shoot tip cultures. Adventitious axillary shoots produced on 1/2 MS medium containing benzyladenine kinetin. Benzyladenine was more effective in bud induction, whereas kinetin hastened development. Excised elongated 1/3 without growth regulators, multiplied with rooted or indole-3-butyric acid.
