摘要: Abstract The effect on the gastric mucosa of repeated administration aspirin was studied by measuring mucosal permeability, blood loss, and cell turnover. Cell turnover increased after a lag phase but this did not affect increase in permeability produced aspirin. It is suggested that may account for observed resistance to erosions develops administration, continued presence damaged leaky barrier accounts failure confer significant benefit form protection from hemorrhagic consequences ingestion.
