摘要: The transglucosylation action of buckwheat α-glucosidase on soluble starch, maltose maltotriose and maltotetraose are described discussed. products starch were isolated by carbon-Celite column chromatography paper chromatography. Among the found follows: nigerose, maltose, kojibiose isomaltose as disaccharides 2-α-isomaltosylglucose, 2-α-nigerosylglucose, nigerotriose. 3-α-maltosylglucose trisaccharides.Furthermore, existence 6-α-nigerosylglucose, 4-α-kojibiosylglucose, panose, isopanose 3-α-isomaItosylglucose was suspected. A new trisaccharide, 2-α-nigerosylglucose which obtained in a crystalline form (monohydrate) melted at 186~188°C gave [α]D+ 178.3 (c = 0.6, water).These experimental results reaction seem to indicate that activated glucosyl group from substrate (starch, this case) is transferred any position C–2,3,4 or 6 glucose released and...
