摘要: Many types of microbial sensors have been developed as analytical tools since the first sensor was studied by Karube et al. in 1977. The consists a transducer and microbe sensing element. characteristics are complete contrast to those enzyme or immunosensors, which highly specific for substrates interest, although specificity has improved genetic modification used Microbial advantages tolerance measuring conditions, long lifetime, cost performance, also disadvantage response time. In this review, history development is summarized.
