摘要: During gaseous exchange the lungs are exposed to a vast variety of pathogens, allergens, and innocuous particles. A feature lung immune response lung-tropic aerosol-transmitted bacteria such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) is balanced that serves restrict pathogen growth while not leading host-mediated collateral damage delicate tissues. One immune-limiting mechanism inhibitory anti-inflammatory cytokine interleukin (IL)-10. IL-10 made by many hematopoietic cells major role suppress macrophage dendritic cell (DC) functions, which required for capture, control, initiation responses pathogens Mtb. Here, we review on bacterial control during course Mtb infection, from early innate adaptive responses. We propose linked with ability evade mediate long-term infections in lung.
