摘要: Recent progress in the understanding of signal transduction and gene regulation hematopoietic cells has shown that many intracellular signalling pathways are modulated by low molecular weight guanine nucleotide (GTP)-binding proteins (LMWGs). LMWGs act as switches for regulating a wide range signal-transduction virtually all cells. In cells, have been to participate essential functions such growth control, differentiation, cytoskeletal organization, cytokine chemoattractant-induced events, reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase activity, vesicle transport secretion. human leukemias, myelodysplastic syndromes myeloproliferative disorders, Ras activation occurs point mutations, overexpression or alteration NF-1 Ras-GTPase activating protein (GAP). These postinitiation events leukemia but may modulate growth-factor-dependent independent leukemic growth. Two animal models mutated N-ras expression resulting features discussed. The role organ development is discussed context transgenic knockout mice. More LMWG will certainly be identified we gain better regulatory modulating myeloid transduction. This review summarize our current this rapidly advancing area research.
