摘要: Abstract Due to the claim that lithium (Li+) reduces morphine self-administration in dependent rats, effects of acute and chronic Li+ treatments on naloxone-precipitated withdrawal syndrome physical dependence development mice chronically treated with morphine, were evaluated. Morphine dependency was induced by ingestion through drinking water increasing doses for 10 days. Physical observed precipitating an abstinence naloxone (2mg/kg, i.p.). In experiments, (1 10mg/kg, i.p.) administered 1 hr prior challenge morphine-dependent whereas studies, received concomitant (1200 mg/1) as fluid Results obtained indicate administration significantly reduced signs, we unable induce some degree co-administration receiving treatment compared alone. The present study revealed even very much lower serum levels than commonly accepted therapeutic range there a significant reduction signs. It has been shown have diverse transmembrane signal control systems. interaction might be these
