摘要: In order to obtain detailed information on ground and excited states of curcumin curcuminoids, as well understand the photobiological characteristics them, their spectral photophysical behaviors are investigated in various conditions. Various curcuminoids were obtained structures determined by spectroscopic methods. n-hexane, absorption fluorescence spectra these compounds contain some structure, which disappear more polar solvent such methanol. The intensities dimethylated decrease concentration water increases. also varies from neutral extremely acidic (lower than pH 1.5) or basic (higher 8.0) condition. These results indicate that properties both strongly influenced solvent, water, pH.
