摘要: Abstract Supportive evidence for an important role of endogenous opioid systems in modulation ingestive behaviors is presented. Low doses morphine (1.0–5.0 mg/kg) increase and low naloxone (0.5–2.5 decrease food water intake during both acute chronic testing mildly-deprived rats. Chronic infusions with implanted osmotic mini-pumps elicied sustained dose-related suppression food, water, saccharin solution intakes but did not reduce ingestion 10.0% glucose or following 12 hr deprivation. Finally, treatment antagonize nocturnal any more than it reduced day time feeding when the latter was enhanced by prior These results indicate that opiate agonist antagonist modify oppositely, affirming may be involved control drinking. However, their restricted to only indirect participation homeostatic regulation via neural modulating emotional tone goal-directed general.
